MindOUT! Training: Rainbow Blues – online training

This online tool has been developed to offer you, your friends and family information and support to help you better understand the experience of mental distress, either to aid your own recovery or support someone else’s. This online workshop has been designed to provide space to reflect on some issues that are specific to our community’s emotional health and wellbeing, as well as providing some practical tips on different types of support and self-care.
